Eminox specialist engineers can design complete exhaust and emissions systems to meet specific performance criteria and design constraints. We also manufacture exhaust systems to the OEM's own design, providing quality manufacturing and supply that OEM's can depend upon.

We utilise emissions control technologies such as DPF, SCR and AR, enabling vehicles and equipment to meet Euro, Stage and Tier legislation. 

We have facilities for rapid prototyping, testing and validation of exhaust and emission control systems.

 

Our in-house Research &Development facilities enable us to undertake the advanced R&D and prototyping necessary for the design of exhaust systems for new and demanding requirements. We utilise state-of-the-art tools, such as computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis and advanced engineering acoustics packages, and have advanced test facilities to validate and verify system design.

Our design, manufacturing and service capabilities are geared for flexibility, rapid prototyping, responsiveness and quick turn around. This enables us to meet the demanding scheduling and quality requirements of vehicle manufacturers

We have continued to make significant investments in our advanced cell manufacturing capability, with rigorous adherence to 6-sigma methodologies focused on zero-defects and cost efficient manufacturing. We are quality approved to ISO TS16949 (the global automotive standard) and the environment standard: BS EN ISO 14001.

Our engineers can design the complete exhaust system to meet specific performance criteria and design constraints, prototype, test and trial it. There are more Eminox CRT® systems on trucks and buses in Europe than any other diesel particulate filter. We also manufacture exhaust systems to the OEM's own design, providing quality manufacturing and supply that OEM's can depend upon. We often work closely with OEM's to develop the next generation of exhaust systems incorporating emissions control technologies such as DPF, SCR and AR, enabling vehicles to meet Euro 4 and 5, Stage and Tier legislation.  We are currently developing technology to meet Euro 6 standard.

Eminox CRT® technology, developed for Irisbus, has allowed them to exceed Euro 4 and 5 standards to meet the European EEV (Environmentally Enhanced Vehicle) standard with the new Citelis.

Our inhouse R&D facilities enables us to undertake the advanced R&D and prototyping necessary for the design of exhaust systems for today and tomorrow. We utilise state-of-the-art software, such as computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis and advanced engineering acoustics packages, and have advanced test facilities to validate and verify system design.

Our design, manufacturing and service capabilities are geared for low to medium volume requirements, where flexibility, rapid prototyping, responsiveness and quick turn-around are extremely important. This enables us to meet the strict delivery scheduling and quality requirements of vehicle manufacturers. For high volume supply requirements, we work closely with our sister company Swenox. Over the years we have continued to make significant investments in our advanced cell manufacturing capability, with rigorous adherence to 6-sigma methodologies focussed on zero-defects and cost efficient manufacturing. Eminox Filter Servicing is used by OEM's wishing to provide a professional filter cleaning service for their customers whose vehicles are fitted with a diesel particulate filter.
